URW America has been selling plotter cutters since 1991. Over the years we have learned what works and what doesn't. We sell plotters that are duty ready to handle the demands of DOT approved traffic control sign sheeting. Our machines are built tough but above all are reliable. We have systems out in the field that are eight years old and more. These machines are used on a daily basis and have only required the minimum scheduled maintenance.
Because a vinyl cutter is the heart of a sign making system we need to make sure it is the very best and manufactured to the highest standards. We can't afford to be fixing problems any more than you can afford the associated downtime.
We have been selling the Allen Datagraph plotter since 1994. They are made of all steel construction and have a closed membrane control panel which keeps dust and debris out. Heavy duty high torque motors and five pinch wheels are standard on the new TRAFFIC model. Easy to learn interface. A continuous, open grit wheel channel allows pinch wheel placement anywhere along the carriage which simplifies material setup.
Available in 30, 36, 48, 60" models, all capable of cutting the new 3M Prismatic material. Add the Hot tip cutting head and you have a fabrication system that can handle the tough 3M Prismatic Diamond Grade (DG3) retroreflective sheeting.
